7 MOST EFFECTIVE EXERCISE FOR LOSING WEIGHT

1. Walking
Whatever exercise program you choose to use, it is important that it includes walking. Walking is a good exercise for you. It strengthens the heart and will burn enough calories. This is something you can do anytime, anywhere. The best thing is that you do not even need to have equipment to do this.

2. Interval Training
Whether you have just started or have been working out for a while, adding interval training to your workout is a great idea. This is going to give a boost to your fitness level and will help you shed pounds easily.

3. Squats
Squats are very popular and rightfully so considering they work out your hamstrings, quadriceps and gluteals. So if you have always dreamed of toned thighs and a derrière to kill for, include some squats in your routine.

4. Lunges
Just like squats, these are going to help work those muscles that are in your lower body. These include the quadriceps, gluteals and hamstrings. This is a good exercise, because it mimics walking. These are a bit more advanced and difficult than squats but definitely worth including in your exercise routine.

Of course, I am sure you have heard of abdominal crunches. If you want great abs, then you should add this into your routine. This is a good exercise that will target those abs.

7. The Bent-over Row
This is a great exercise! It is going to work all of those major muscles of the upper part of your back. It is also going to work the biceps.
